FORCED REGENERATION PROCESS
Our forced regeneration technology at DPF H2 is designed to maximize the efficiency of your diesel engines. Our advanced regeneration technology is designed to eliminate ash, soot, carbon, and residue oils to maximize the efficiency and performance of your diesel particulate filter. This means your engine will be clean, resulting in a 10-15% fuel efficiency improvement.
Unlike traditional methods, our patented chemical technology effectively cleans the dpf without causing any damge to metals, seals, gaskets, or any engine parts during hydrogen combustion. Our innovative technology, alcohol-free chemical flush includes specialized neon pink and yellow soaps, ensuring a thorough and safe cleaning experience.
Our proprietary hydrogen based technology forcefully eliminates ash, soot, carbon, and residue oil, ensuring your diesel particulate filter. At DPFH2 we have a patented technology chemical process that won't damage but instead decontaminate; eliminating ash, soot, carbon, and oil residue. The enginge regenerates as DPFH2 flushes a clean with BAC101 effectively removing all four elements that block the DPF filters , which are ash, soot, carbon, and oil residue. Our cutting edge hydrogen technology, our hydrogen-machine, cleans the engine for a heavy duty carbon cleaning along with DPF as it is exiting through the exhaust.
DPFH2 uses our DPF non-alcohol hydrogen technology that allows a dpf cleaning without baking, and we do this process in under 3 hours. Traditionally the term baking and thermal regeneration refers to the process where technicians disassemble box 1 or box 2 to remove the DPF, then subject it to high temperatures 550-700 degrees celcius (approximately 1022-1292 degrees farenheit) to burn off accumulated soot and residues inside the filter. This method is both labor-intensive and time consuming. (avg. time is 2-3 days)
In contrast, our technology does not require engine disassembly or thermal baking. Utilizing our advanced hydrogen combustion technology, we generate 3400 - 4800 liters of hydrogen per hour. Our technology cleans the engine, exhaust system, and DPF effectively. Our proprietary chemical technology significantly reduces soot levelsfrom 6.5 + to 0 in under 3 hours, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal engine performance.
At DPFH2 our Hydrogen Generator generates 3400-4800 liters of hydrogen per hour. We provide the necessary hydrogen gas through the entire combustion and exhaust systems forcing a clean, including the heaviest soot. DPFH2 we use proprietary BAC101 chemical technology. Our neon pink chemical and neon yellow soaps, guarantees a thorough and effective cleaning using hydrogen. DPFH2 gives you this power at only 110v, with no special requirements.
Our proprietary technology has the highest purity electrolyte, fueling the machine and cleaning the electrolyzer cells. DPFH2 uses Hydrogen to eliminate ash, soot, and oil residue. Experience a reduction in soot levels from 6.5+ to 0, cleaning the diesel particulate filter, engine, exhaust sytem without disassembling the engine. DPFH2 DieselParticulateFilterHydrogen is a Diesel Particulate Filter Hydrogen combustion technology creates hydrogen. The end product with our technology is hydrogen the same molecule as natural hydrogen. Whether found naturally or in our machines, scientifically it is the same molecule H2 Molecular Hydrogen.
