The performance and reliability of BAC101—and the science that laid the foundation for the S8 Machine—weren’t based on theory. They were proven over two years of rigorous real-world testing.
From 2021 to 2023, 136 diesel vehicles were tested across the UK, Germany, and Australia, including passenger vehicles, commercial vans, and trucks. The tests included advanced emissions evaluations at Millbrook Proving Ground in England—an official testing site used by OEM manufacturers.
Key Highlights:
• Two-Part Cleaning System: BAC101’s unique formula targets and removes soot, ash, carbon, and oil—all key contaminants that clog and degrade DPFs.
• Precision Emissions Testing: Emissions were measured before and after treatment using high-grade portable emissions systems (PEMS).
• Vehicle Models Tested:
• 2021 Ford Ranger: 76% DPF blockage reduction, PM reduced by 78%, NOx by 61%, CO by 67%, HC by 72%.
• 2018 Scania R450: Power fully restored, emissions stabilized.
• 2019 Renault Traffic: Exited limp mode with PM reduced by 84%, NOx by 71%, CO by 76%, HC by 79%.
Blocked DPF Recovery Results:
41 completely blocked DPFs—deemed beyond repair by workshops—were submerged in BAC101:
• 37 were fully restored
• 3 had internal damage but were cleaned
• Only 1 was unsalvageable

95% Success Rate
The BAC101 system demonstrated a 95% success rate in clearing severe DPF blockages—proving that even filters considered “dead” can be revived with the right chemistry.
This field-proven, lab-validated formula laid the groundwork for the H₂ Machine.
